RETURNS: We will accept exchanges only within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All Exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may wish to insure your exchange, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. If an item you purchase breaks within 60 days, please send all beads back and we will repair item for free. If beads are missing, please contact us first to be sure the missing beads are still in stock. If we need to replace beads, you will be charged per bead for all replacements. If you are looking for an item listed as SOLD, or (1 )available and would like to purchase more than 1, please call or E-mail with the Item# and we will make every effort to duplicate the item, or will try to replicate the item as close to the original as possible. Many of our items can be duplicated, we just need to make a physical check to make sure the beads are still available.
